Addison Mae Monson // Adoption birth story

It’s hard to find the right words to describe how I feel about this experience my family, my baby sister especially, has gone through (and it doesn’t help that I am the exact opposite of a poetic writer so bear with me as I try my best).   If I could pick one word I would say it was incredible.  Incredibly difficult to watch someone I love hurt so much and incredibly beautiful and amazing to watch two families come together with love.  I am SO proud of my sister Nikki and that I look up to her in so many ways.  I love the Monson family! I am so grateful for the amazing family that they are and I am so happy for them.  I can’t tell you how happy it makes me knowing my little niece is absolutely adored where she is!  Addie Mae you are so loved!  You have touched the lives of so many and are one special little lady.

NOW if you have seen the video that Brittney from Haizel Creations did you MUST!  She is just freaking awesome that’s all there is to it.  She did such an amazing job and I can’t thank her enough!!  You can view it here.

Addie’s birth and then the day she went home.

Amazing … Incredible … amazing, incredible photos and amazing, incredible story captured in those photos. This brought tears to my eyes for all involved in a glorious way! I don’t know how you were able to capture these photos being so emotionally involved but my gosh you did it and you did it well! Thank you for sharing. I pray that your family, especially your sister and Addie’s daddy are healing … you are all so very blessed. Congratulations to Addie’s adoptive family as well … everyone looks so very happy. Again, thank you for sharing such a beautiful story! Now off to watch the video.

God Bless!

Doing hard things for the better thing. Thank you for sharing this and we hope that your sister’s story helps others make same sacrifice, to choose life and be blessed in return as everyone here no doubt has been! What a blessed baby girl – and two wonderful families!

Thank you for sharing such precious pictures of those special and sacred moments. I placed my baby girl for adoption 9 years ago and seeing these brings back so many emotions. How neat it will be for Addison to look at these pictures and see how much love was surrounding her that day. So beautiful!!
